Important Warning: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once processed, you will lose access to your ShanviKart order history, wallet balance, active discounts, and loyalty rewards.
What happens when you delete your account?
Your personal details (name, registered email, phone number, saved delivery addresses) will be purged from our active customer databases.
Your transaction history and order logs will be anonymized for internal accounting and sales reports.
Any active wallet balance, promotional coupons, or rewards points will be voided and cannot be restored.
We may retain certain transaction records for legal compliance or tax auditing reasons as required by governing regulations.
